Opportunity for a full time Family
Medicine Physician to provide a full scope of primary care services, including
but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care
and health maintenance to patients.
Salary Range: $224,000 to $274,345 plus Benefits

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited school.
- Minimum two years of direct work or intern experience.
- Annual Requirements, Licensure, and Certifications:
- Current California State Medical License.
- Current DEA and DPS Certificate of Registration.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine. If Board Eligible at the time of hire, must be Board Certified within 3 years of hire date.
- Insurability (malpractice).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
- ACLS or Advanced Life Support within 12 months of employment, if appropriate.
- Have reliable transportation; clean driving record, and car insurance as required by the state.
The Physician must be familiar with the philosophy, goals and objectives of the Center and works collaboratively to achieve them. The Physician must be cognizant of, and comply with, all Center policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state and federal regulations.
