Excellent opportunity for a full time, filly benefited Family Medicine Physician to play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare services consistent with accepted medical practices, training, and accreditation standards. Locums and Locums to perm candidates will be considered.

Location: South Central California. Actual location is in Twentynine Palms, CA. Mon-Frida 8am-5pm

Benefits: Compensation: $2400,000 - $300,000. Full benefits package with relocation, loan repayment and a combined sign on/retention bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct medical services to Community Health Center (CHC) patients, including preventative care, chronic illness and disease management, and other areas of family medicine.
• Provide interdepartmental medical consultation as requested.
• Potentially offer clinical supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants after one year of service.
• Act as a liaison with the local medical community and initiate specialty referrals as needed.
• Advise management on issues affecting the Medical Department's efficiency.
• Maintain patient chart entries in Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) format.
• Complete necessary documentation for Data and Billing Departments within 3 business days.
• Advise nursing staff on appropriate responses to patient phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Licensed California Physician; Board Certified preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance, and DMV printout.
