We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Practice Hospitalist who is interested in community health and working in a rural setting to join our healthcare team in Oregon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive and specialized care for patients in a hospital setting.

Schedule is 7 on/7 off, open ICU, with Specialty support, no required procedures, but can do some if desired.


Compensation: $317,000 - $323,000. Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement and PTO.

  • Their primary location has a population of about 26k, but their overall draw area is over 100k
  • The new positions are for growth / expansion
  • Group has doubled in size in past 5 years

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Active medical license in the state of Oregon (OR).
  • Previous experience in hospital medicine or family practice is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care to patients in a hospital setting, with a focus on family medicine.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and coordinate patient care.
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
  • Monitor and manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide patient education and support for both patients and their families.
