Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment in Glendale, AZ from April 8 - May 31. Hours are Monday - Wednesday, 9:00am - 7:00pm; Thursday/Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care and acute care, no occupational health. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
