• Clinic and Call
• 8a-5p Clinic, full-time coverage
• Will do call Call - 1:5 weeks: will do admits and rounding during that week and when on call the week starts Monday (7a) and ends the following Monday (7a).
  • The clinic is attached to the hospital, so during week of on call provider will be on call while working their clinic shift.
• 
  
• Start dates vary based on credentialing.

Clinical Details

• Outpatient
• Bread and butter FP
• Ped Hospitalist
• 12-16 patients per day.
• 60% Adults, 40% Peds.
• No OB

Requirements

• Credentialing takes 4-6 weeks
• Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion)
• Active MN license
• Active NRP, PALS
• Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must state availability at time of name clear
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED

Call

• Call Responsibilities:
  • Coverage in the nursery - admitting Ped ER patients and rounds on the patients

Support Staff

• 4-5 APPs are employed by the clinic and their workdays vary.
