Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule
- 2-3 shifts a week, twice per month
- Mon-Fri, 8a-4p
- Ideally prefer Fridays to be included but flexible on days of the week M-F
Clinical Details
- Nursing home rounding
- 20-25 patients per shift (long term care, subacute patients)
- Few admissions on patients discharged from hospital
- The rest are primary care visits for regular notes
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM, FM, or Geriatrics preferred
- Will accept Non-board certified/eligible with recent long-term care experience
- Active NY License
- Active DEA
- BLS
- Will cover mileage and Hotel
