- Preferred Schedule: Mon 8a-5p (1hr unpaid Lunch) Tues 8a-3:30p (30min unpaid lunch); Wed 8a-4p (30 min unpaid lunch) Thurs 7:30a-5:30p (1hr unpaid lunch) Fri 8a-5p (30 min unpaid lunch)
- Worksite Setting: work with a collaborative clinical team with an onsite lab, no walk-ins, no holidays, no call, no double-booking, employee health clinic
- Scope of Work: Direct medical care, PC, Acute care, wellness exams, chronic care management, light schedule and patient load
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC IM or FP, state license, BLS, ACLS
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $95-110
