I have a client in Fremont, OH seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician for locum coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Please see a few details below:
• Clinic/private practice setting
• 13-week assignment (intent to become perm)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (4 full days in practice, flexible)
• 14-16 patients/day of all ages
• EMR: Epic
• Cases: Primary care is the bread and butter
• Travel and malpractice covered
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: OH
• Certifications required: ACLS & BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
