Client seeking NP and PHY for family practice contract in Elma, NY from June 10 - September 9. Hours for NP are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm with a 60-minute break; for PHY, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages newborn and up for primary care, acute care, and some occupational health. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
