Primary Care - 40 Minutes From Port St. Lucie, FL
- Outpatient Primary care – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine accepted.
- Joining a 46-doctor group- 9 medical sites, (family practice/primary care and pediatrics) 12 Physicians 12 APRN, additionally Dentists and psychiatrist on staff
- NHSC loan repayment site - Federally qualified health center setting
- Monday - Friday schedule currently, possibility of rotating Saturdays in future
- Telephone call only - shared evenly (1 week, every 6- 7 weeks)
- Expect to see 18-24 patients per day.
- Community health center setting that focuses on the patient and quality of care.
- Integrated care model including Family practice, GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health and Dental.
- Located just 90 minutes North of West Palm Beach and just south of Melbourne, FL
