I am reaching out on behalf of CHI St. Gabriel's Health Family Medical Center in Little Falls regarding an exciting job opportunity for a Full-Time Family Medicine locum with a focus on outpatient care and pediatric call.
Here are the details of the position:
- Location: CHI St. Gabriel's Health Family Medical Center in Little Falls
- Position: Full-Time Family Medicine Locum
- Duration: Starting ASAP, ongoing throughout 2024
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Clinic, providing full-time coverage
- Call Schedule: 1:5 weeks, including admits and rounding during the on-call week
- Setting: Outpatient clinic attached to the hospital
- Duties: Bread and butter Family Practice with Pediatric Hospitalist call 1:5 Weeks required
- Call Responsibilities: Monday 7am- Monday 7am : Coverage in nursery, admitting Pediatric ER patients, and rounding on patients
- Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day, 60% Adults, 40% Pediatrics
- Support Staff: 4-5 Advanced Practice Providers employed by the clinic
Compensation
- $140 per hour for Clinic
- And additional $600 per day for weeks your on Call Coverage ( hold the pager)
- $125 per hour ( include 4 hour Gratis) for Call Back
- $62.5 per hour ( after 8 hours) for paid training and orientation
- $187.5 per hour for Holiday Pay
- Hotel and Travel Covered
- Malpractice Insurance Covered
Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion)
- Active MN license
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program.)- takes 1 hour to get certified
- PALS
- Clean malpractice/background highly preferred
- COVID vaccinated
