Family Medicine
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $200000.00 - $285000.00
Opportunity Highlights:
Incoming candidate can expect:
• Join 3 APPs
• Great work/life balance to avoid burn out
• Heavy pediatric practice but starting to increase the Medicare population.
• 18-20 patients/day
Services Include: Primary Care, Dental, Behavioral Health, Patient Resources, School Based Services, Psychiatry, Pregnancy & Family, Addiction Program, Endocrinology, Chiropractic, Sports Medicine, After hours clinic, tele visits
Financial Package:
• $195,000-$285,000
• $10,000 annual bonus based on different metrics
• Sign on/Relocation: $20,000
• Student loan repayment eligible
• Health, dental, vision
• 403b
• 8 holidays
• 240 PTO hours accrued
o Add 64 hours for holidays
• CME- up to 4K/year & 40 hours
