This nationally recognized independent hospital in Illinois seeks a Primary Care physician for its modern outpatient clinic. The facility offers advanced technology, strong administrative support, and an excellent work/life balance, including a flexible four day work week, over six weeks of PTO, and manageable patient volumes.
Position Highlights:
• Contemporary outpatient clinic located adjacent to the hospital
• Collaborative primary care team providing comprehensive community care

• Internal Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
Compensation:
• Guaranteed ongoing base salary of $349,000 plus production incentives
• Top earners exceed $450,000
• Additional incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipends
• Over six weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and both 403(b) and 457 retirement plans
