With strong administrative backing, excellent clinical staff, and a moderate patient volume, you'll have the time and tools to build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients.
Position Highlights:
• Practice full-scope Family Medicine within a collegial, team-oriented group
• Moderate patient volume provides ample time for relationship-based care
• Modern outpatient clinic located adjacent to the hospital for easy access
• 4-day work week with flexible, shared call among seven providers
Compensation Details:
• $350,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary
• Production bonus with earning potential reaching $450,000+
• Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
• 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
• Full, executive level benefits including both a 403b and 457 retirement programs
