Top 100 Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join an expanding and collegial group along the Illinois/Indiana border.
Practice Details:
• Join 5 other primary care physicians in a collegial and supportive environment
• Outpatient position with the ability to do inpatient rounding
• Average volume of around 15-17 patients per day, ensuring time with each patient
• New, state-of-the-art 32,000 sq ft health clinic
• Flexible schedule options as the organization puts a premium on work/life balance
Compensation Details:
• Lucrative salary guarantee of $320K - putting you in the 75th percentile MGMA
• NHSC student loan repayment of $75K and/or $24K per year from the hospital
• $40K Sign-On Bonus plus full benefits package, including relocation assistance, substantial PTO and a residency/fellowship stipend
