Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active medical license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• No weekends required with minimal call responsibilities
• Emphasis on work-life balance to support personal and professional well-being

Practice Details:

• We offer a collaborative team-based approach to patient care

Compensation:

• $250,000 base salary guaranteed for 2 years, with additional production bonuses
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
