Job Overview

Our physicians play a pivotal role in ensuring comprehensive medical care for geriatric participants throughout the week. Operating in diverse settings, including our Day Center clinic, participants' residences, nursing homes, assisted living, and personal care boarding homes, they maintain close coordination with hospital-based providers. The majority of participant visits occur at the clinic, while some physicians specialize in nursing home care. Responsibilities include medical evaluation, diagnosis, and management, encompassing history-taking, physical examinations, diagnostic test interpretation, treatment planning, prescription writing, follow-ups, and effective collaboration with specialists and hospital teams. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
