Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a clinic in Northwest Indiana just minutes from Chicago
Outpatient only
Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
No weekends or call
Competitive compensation and benefits package:
- Vacation: 160 hours,
- Personal time: 40 hours,
- CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2500,
