- Medical Provider is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an outstanding program

**Practice Details**
- Work and collaborate with experienced family practitioners to give the best family care to those within the community.
- Provider has 3 practice locations between Main Campus in Nephi and two sister clinics. All within 15 miles of one another.
- A low volume with high acuity facility in a growing community.
- Entirely new Same Day Surgery Wing and 5 Surgical Suites in 2021.
- Medical staff that is team oriented and managed by Provider.
- Brand new Emergency Room.
