Position Overview:

As a Primary Care Physician in our Fayetteville-based practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accessible, high-quality healthcare services to individuals and families in our community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed to evaluate patients' health status.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatment modalities as appropriate, and monitor patients' response to treatment.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies to optimize health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate referrals to specialty services, and ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Current licensure as a physician in any state, with eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a primary care physician in a clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
