We are seeking a part time to full time Family Medicine physician to work in a integrated care clinic located on the Western Slopes of Colorado.
ABOUT
(4) 10 hour shifts
Sign on Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Bonus: $5,000
New Grads are accepted
Prenatal experience is preferred but not requiredOutpatient only, no nights/weekends, no call
Opportunities for National Health Service Corps and Colorado Health Service Corps loan repayment
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Current and unrestricted license as MD/DO and DEA license.
