Join a physician-led organization looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to fill growing need. Practice with a collaborative group with exceptional APP and administrative support while living in Metro Minneapolis.
• Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice.
• Practice full scope Family Medicine with optional OB, and the flexibility to practice the way you want.
• Enjoy modern facilities and equipment with exceptional clinical and administrative support.
• 4-day work week averaging 25 patients per day.
• 1:15 call by week with 6+ weeks off year one.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.
• Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation well above MGMA median.
• Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail.
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
