Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine opportunities in San Antonio, TX
Excellent opportunity for a TX licensed, BC/BE Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for this growing value-based medicine practice.
This fast-growing, senior focused, team approach to primary care provides a positive and well-balanced environment. This model is positioned to provide better outcomes for senior patients as we provide multi-disciplinary services and coordinated care supported by analytics and community relationships.

- Mon - Friday schedule
- 100% outpatient
- Average 12-15 patients per day
- Time with patients - typically 40-45 minute long exams

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrician
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines helpful
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
