Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $220,000+ annually
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
• Primarily focus on outpatient care with no on-call duties, weekends, or nights
• Benefit from a full support staff dedicated to facilitating patient care
• Exercise professional autonomy in diagnosing and treating patients
• On Call a week, by phone only (true emergency)

Requirements:

• Experience managing or leading a healthcare team preferred
• Demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care
• Possess a clear and active Medical License in the State of Indiana
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
