Requirements to apply:

• Board Certification/ Recertification or Board Eligible and internal medicine, family practice, required
• Completion and maintenance of annual CME requirements for licensure
• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state
• Two to five years experience in medical practice
• Experience and a group medicine practice setting

Job Overview

The Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive medical services for members of families within scope of training. This includes preventative care, immunizations, primary care and treatment, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing and physical examinations.
