As a PCP, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with your patients and have quality time to understand their health stories. Our model allows for appointments of 20 minutes or more.
- Work collaboratively with our care team including Nurses, Social Workers, Pharmacists and others to provide integrated, comprehensive care.
- Help drive our unique value-based care model that goes beyond the clinic walls to address social determinants of health and improve quality of life.
- Enjoy strong mentorship and a supportive provider culture focused on delivering the best possible care.
- Spend 100% of your time on patient care with minimal administrative burdens. Enjoy regular hours Monday-Friday with no weekends or call.
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
