CHI St. Gabriel's Health Family Medical Center in Little Falls is looking for a Full-time Family Medicine locum for outpatient care with pediatric call!

- Monday-Friday - 8a-5p Clinic, full time coverage
- ongoing throughout 2024.
- Call - 1:5 weeks: will do admits and rounding during that week and when on call the week starts Monday (7a) and ends the following Monday (7a).
- The clinic is attached to the hospital, so during week of on call provider will be on call while working their clinic shift.
- Setting: Outpatient
- Duties: Bread and butter FP, Ped Hospitalist call is required.
- Call Responsibilities: coverage in nursery - admitting Ped ER patients and round on the patients
- 12-16 patients per day.
- No OB patients
- 60% Adults, 40% Peds.
- 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic and their workdays vary.
Travel Preferences:
- Preferred Lodging: Hotel
- Air Travel: Air Travel accepted
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active MN license
- Active NRP, PALS
- Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- COVID VACCINATED
