Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $220,000 + RVU Productivity Bonus
• Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid
• Dental and Vision Insurance: Available
• Retirement Package: 401(K) with a 4% employer match
• Student Loan Repayment: Eligibility for up to $110,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks
• Sick Time: 96 hours

Responsibilities:

• Setting: Outpatient
• Duties: Provide comprehensive patient care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and lead patient care with autonomy, supported by a full staff team

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• New graduates are welcome
• A commitment to compassionate care and excellent communication abilities
• Must have a clear and active medical license in the State of Arizona
