Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary care Physician

• Full-time - make your own schedule!!

• Average # of patients seen per day: Typically 20-24 once they get acclimated.

• Team size : 1 office manager, one check-in, and one MA. May vary, depending on the size of the office, and how many physicians are on the immediate team.
• Salary range : $250k plus a sign on bonus. eligible for corporate bonuses, culminating in partnership after three years and bonus potential at that time typically 40–70,000 dollars per year.

• The salary is guaranteed for three years, then are on a productivity basis after becoming a partner. There is no upper limit to the amount can earn. If they are creating a profit based on their clinical practice, the excess money comes as a bonus. Can assume that overhead is approximately 50% of collections.

• The facility has Fellowship-trained physicians and mid-level providers, and has a strong referral base of PCPs and other specialists
• The hospital rounding team includes a midlevel (NP or PA), who will carry a pager throughout the day

• Sign-on available. Will consider tuition reimbursement plan.

Professional Background: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary care Physician

• Candidates completing their IM OR FM OR Primary Care training are welcome to apply
• MD or DO training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board-certified or -eligible) is required, and the age range of patients can be determined by the provider.
• A recent graduate would be considered, but primary care experience would be a “plus”.
