Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience: Minimum $178,000, increasing with experience and qualifications
• Maximum salary for a provider with 23+ years of experience: $241,000
• Additional compensation for bilingual physicians and/or those with a Masters in Public Health

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Manage a diverse patient load, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide top-tier care
• Participate in the development of community health programs
• Conduct regular check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations
• 22 Patients on average per day

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Passion for patient-centered care and community health
• Open to New Graduates and Experienced Physicians
• Active Medical License in the State of Florida
• Bilingual Speaking Preferred
• MD/DO Degree
