Schedule :
- Monday-Friday 8-5
Job Description :
- CVs need to have month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
- Chart closure within 72 hours
- Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
- Mix of peds/adults
- A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
- We will also accept DO
- Credentialing takes 30-90 days
- The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
- COVID requirement:
- Primary series plus booster, regardless of date received
OR
- 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation)

- APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting (see other AR)

- BLS
- PALS
