Great opportunity in Northern Indiana, not far from Chicago, to join a community health network for a Family Practice Physician.
- Must see all ages in this outpatient setting.
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one late evening a week until 6 or 7p.
- No on call schedule.
- These clinics serve all multiple primary care services in an outpatient setting.
- You will be sole physician alongside 2 NP's.
- Must be COVID vaccinated
