Primary Care Physician (FP/IM)

The Company: Our client is a private practice with locations in Lady Lake and Tavares, Fl. They are committed to seeing that their patients meet all appropriate screenings and that timely referrals to specialists are made.

The Position: Our client is looking for a qualified Physician to join their team. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $190,000 Base Salary
• Incentive Bonus Structure up to $30,000 Additional Per Year After 1 Year
• Health Insurance Stipend up to $1000 a Month
• 10 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays
• 5 Days For CME's With Reimbursement
• License Renewal
• Malpractice Claim Based

Requirements:

• Current BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• Valid Florida Medical License as MD or DO
• Valid DEA Certificate
• Experience in Primary Care/ Family Medicine
• Rotate Between Both Offices
• Adult Patients Only
• PAP Done in House
• EKG, UA, B12/Testo Injections
• Ear Lavage, Dexa, Echo And PFT in House

Responsibilities:

• Monday Through Friday 8:30 to 4:30
• Alternate Saturdays 10am to 2pm
• EMR System is Kareo-100% on Line
