- Schedule Needed: Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5pm
- Other Support Staff: Two providers work on any given day due to smaller size of facility. Supported by RN staff.
- Call Required: None.
- Travel (Billable/All Inclusive): Facility will book lodging and reimburse for travel (flights, rental car/mileage)
- Type of Facility: Outpatient clinic.
- Clinic includes 6 exam rooms, a trauma room, on-site lab and x-ray

- Procedures: Simple laceration repair, simple lesion removals. Provider will be responsible for responding to codes as needed.
- Patient Census: 18-20 per provider per day.
- EMR: Epic
- Submission Requirements: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS are required. Covid Vaccine Required
- Pay Rate: $135.00 hourly
- Overtime/Callback Pay Rate: $202.50 hourly after 40 hours in the work week.
