A healthcare network in New York is currently seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join one of their federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Upper Westchester County.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center
Responsibilities:
The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the State of New York
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
