ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Salary: $300K guarantee
- Production incentive = 45% of gross charges over $415K
- Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
- Call paid $125.00 Hr.
- CME - $5K +days
- Residency Stipend: $30K per year
- Retention bonus - 5% of annual salary
- Vacation - 6 weeks annually
- Holidays - 6 days annually
- Relocation - $12K
- Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
- 403 (b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
- Malpractice and Tail
- Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
- Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
- No OB required “but” is an option if interested - (C-sections)
- Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds
- BC or BE within 1 year of employment
- NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
