A large Health Center north of Sacramento Is searching for a Family Practice Physician to join their team! This health center is for people searching for a medical home where it is easy to practice and have an awesome work life balance.

Family Practice Physician Benefits:

Family Practice Physician Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient, typically Monday to Friday – Flexible Schedule
  • Examines, diagnosis, prescribes and administers treatment to patients.
  • Supervises and directs family nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other mid-level providers.
  • Oversees the performance of nursing and other support personnel.
  • Reviews laboratory, x-ray findings and diagnosis other tests.
  • Participates in consumer education and in-service training for support personnel.
  • Meets all the contractual requirements.
  • Quality of care (Quality Measures) and participation in Peer Review
  • Other physician duties as assigned by supervisor.

Family Practice Physician Requirements:

  • Must hold MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Must have completed and approved internship.
  • Must hold a valid California State Physician and Surgeon License
  • Must be Board Certified or Board eligible.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Open to new graduates!
