Details:
  • Setting: employee health clinic in Lakewood, CO
    • 8-10 patients per day
    • Must see all ages (infant/child to adult)
    • Clinic staff: 1 MA per provider with weekly added support from Lead MA and regional manager
  • Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (no weekends, no call)
Required:
  • Active CO License
  • DEA and BLS
Compensation:
  • 1099 contract - paid weekly - pay negotiable
  • 100% of malpractice insurance covered
