- Setting: employee health clinic in Lakewood, CO
- 8-10 patients per day
- Must see all ages (infant/child to adult)
- Clinic staff: 1 MA per provider with weekly added support from Lead MA and regional manager
- Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (no weekends, no call)
- Active CO License
- DEA and BLS
- 1099 contract - paid weekly - pay negotiable
- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
