A Board-Certified Family/Internal Medicine trained physician is sought to join New Jersey's fastest growing independent medical group, as part of a practice serving the borough of Sea Girt for over 30 years.

- Join 4 physicians.
- Traditional Monday through Friday schedule with occasionally early or late days + 1 Saturday per month.
- Call from home, 1:5
- 20-25 patients/day
- Ethena EMR
- Documentation System/EMR: Athena
Compensation and Benefits:
- $225K base salary with a one-year guarantee, with a 35% bonus opportunity on collections over $650K.
- Quality bonuses based on VBC performance in key areas including Disease Burdon Coding, Care gap closures, panel size, Cost of care and access.

Active CDS and DEA (or able to obtain)
