Arizona – Family Medicine

  • Join a unique practice run by physicians for physicians in the exciting greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. They are looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, family physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in their community health centers.
  • They are an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers including Family Medicine services. The system primarily serves a safety-net population and offers a full scope clinical practice and teaching opportunities. They are the Phoenix area's only public teaching health system. The is an employed position through a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services and includes all major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
  • They are a trusted partner in training future healthcare providers in Arizona and has more than 220 residents in nine programs and 60 affiliated programs.
  • A successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center. Hospital referrals are through a 450-bed hospital with a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center.

The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program’s and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, DMG employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
