A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located 1 hour from Seattle, Washington.
The schedule is Monday - Thursday 7a-5p. The facility uses paper dictation. Required certifications include IM or FM, BLS, WA license, DEA, COVID vaccine, and BE or BC. Procedures include injury, acute illness, follow ups, physicals, corrections, complicated chronic care patients/urgent care, and minor procedures. Cred time is 1-2 weeks. They prefer someone who has psych experience and someone who is comfortable with sutures and injections.
