Approximately 24 patients/day; 29 are scheduled but there is a 20% no show rate. Walk-ins and same day appointments are also welcome if there is a huge no show rate, so may be up to 29 patients/day. |
| Procedures: |
Full scope family practice.
FP MDs will have to be comfortable with medication refills for patients who are not seen by them (re-occuring patients) if another MD cannot fill.

Try to schedule the FPs with their own MA's. There will be 1 ½ MA's scheduled with them. The ½ MA is a float.
There are additional sites/locations for OBGYN and the locum will have to be comfortable to switching locations, if absolutely needed. There is a 3 week ramp up period of Epic training. 75% of the population is Spanish speaking and Fillipino. They have interpreter lines and virtual translation as well. Most of their permanent staff is Spanish speaking or able to understand Spanish. |
