• Patient Volume: At least 18 (higher if acute care schedule)
• Patient Demographics: Family practice patients & some acute care walk-in.
• Support Staff: MA and Medical Director will be on-site 6 months out of the year.
• Required Procedures: Joint injection
- Trigger point: preferred but not required.
• EMR: Cerner Ambulatory
• Other Info:
- First patient at 8a & last patient at 440p.
- Orientation is usually 1-2 weeks. If the provider is Cerner trained, it would be 1 day to 1 week.

• Active CA License
• BC/BE (FM/IM; If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency)
