OnCall Solutions is working with a physician led medical group in Greeley, Colorado that is seeking a permanent family medicine clinician. Candidates interested in this opportunity would be a part of building and establishing a new local clinic to serve the community. We are seeking Board Certified candidates only and those who have a passion and interest for the outdoors, as Colorado is a mecca for the outdoor enthusiast.

Job Details:

-Shifts - Days + on-call (phone only).

-Patient population: pediatrics - geriatrics.

-Clinic outpatient, only.

-EMR - EPIC.

-Cannot accept visa candidates.

Requirements:

-Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.

-Active CO license.

-2+ years of FM or IM experience.

-Clean malpractice.

-COVID Vaccination Record.
