Award winning not-for-profit community hospital in the forests of Northeastern Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a dynamic multispecialty team of providers as a part of an established practice.
• Multispecialty practice with 28 providers with a call rotation of 1:10 practice only call or better
• Opportunity to take inpatient, emergency medicine or inpatient pediatric shifts if desired
• Access to university physicians for subspecialty care
• Strong financial package with a guaranteed base salary over 60th percentile + $150K Sign-On + 8 weeks of PTO/CME
• Practicing physicians and residents finishing in 2024, 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) & Visa sponsorship available
