Summary: Family Medical Center Little Falls is looking for a FULL-TIME FAMILY MEDICINE provider **outpatient** with the option for pediatric call
Rates
Hourly
24 Hour Call W/ 4 hour gratis
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
M-F 8a 5p clinic
Call 1:5 weeks: will do admits and rounding during that week and when on call the week starts Monday at 7am and ends the following Monday at 7am.
The clinic is attached to the hospital, so during week of on call provider will be on call while working their clinic shift.
As soon as credentialing completes- January 2024 - ongoing throughout 2024
Facility Location: 811 SE Second Street
Setting: Outpatient
Duties:
-Bread and butter FP
-Ped Hospitalist call is required
Call Responsibilities:
-Coverage in nursery Admitting Ped ER patients and rounding on the patients.
-Call time 1 in 5 weeks
-Can consider Board Certified or Truly Board eligible FM
-Patients per day in Clinic: 12-16
-Clinic is attached to hospital
-Describe panel of patients provider will see: No OB patients. Adults 60% Peds 40%
-App Coverage: there are 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic and their workdays vary
-Certifications: PALS, NRP, BLS
Facility can credential in roughly 4-6 weeks! Start date can vary based on credentialing!
