An award winning, independent community hospital that is in the first year of operating a new family medicine residency is seeking a full-time physician to join two physicians and a Medical Director in a beautiful new clinic located on campus. The programs first three residents started in July 2023 with three new additional residents to join each year until there is a total of nine. Although this is not considered an academic position, it will include significant opportunity to interact with residents firsthand and help train the next generation of physicians. The community is located in a unique fertile and scenic agricultural area of Southeastern Washington and includes two major state universities within eight miles.

-Practice the full spectrum of outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics
-Anticipate 20 clinic hours, 8 hours precepting and one day of faculty time per week
-Lifestyle friendly, full time Monday-Friday schedule:
-Call is 1:5
