Bon Secours Chesterfield Family Medicine
We're adding one Full Time Family MD to our team - come join us in 2024!
This is a growth position due to the volume of the practice - planned for a 2024 start date. We're a long-established and busy practice who work together closely - our team includes 4 full time MD's and 2 full time FNP's. The new provider will take on patient overflow as well as walk-in's and is anticipated to ramp up quickly. New Resident Physicians and experienced MD's are welcome!

- 100% Outpatient - no hospital responsibility
- Monday-Friday 8-5 preferred - willing to discuss 4'10's
- Call is 1:7 - shared with 6 other providers - low call frequency and no Rx refills, no pain management
- Average 18-22 patients per day
- 1:1 CMA /LPN support
- EPIC EMR/EHR
- We have a Registered Dietician, Diabetes Educator and Medical Weight Loss as part of our practice
- We see all ages - from Peds through Geriatric
- Our providers provide telehealth for our patients, as well as in-office visits
- Important that an MD have experience with geriatric patients, chronic disease management and pediatric vaccinations
- In-office procedures include women's health, sports physicals, joint injections, sutures/I&D as needed
- Looking for a can-do approach and positive attitude- good communication skills, someone who is organized and efficient, closes charts daily, is flexible, confident, respectful of colleagues and patients and kind-hearted
