Seeking a primary care provider to join a growing collegial outpatient primary care organization focused on quality and continuity of care.
The practice:
• Reasonable patient volume and ramp up
• Ideal candidate familiar with Managed Care practice model
• Advanced practice provider support and excellent back office support staff
• State of the art facilities to include x-ray, pharmacy, physical therapy and patient activity rooms
• Patient demographic 18 and older
Benefits:
• Competitive base salary and quality bonus's ( W2 and 10:99 options available)
• Monthly director stipend optional
• Comprehensive benefits to include; malpractice, PTO, CME, and health insurance
