Job Description:
- Join a unique practice run by physicians for physicians in the exciting greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.
- We are looking for mission driven full spectrum, Board Certified/Board Eligible, family physicians (MD or DO) with a passion for serving the underserved and caring for the entire family in our community health centers
- The expectations of all our physicians are to embrace the mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service.
- Join a an ambulatory care system of ten community health centers includingFamily Medicine services.
- The system primarily serves a safety-net population and offers a full scope clinical practice and teaching opportunities.
- The position includes employmenta 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice exclusively contracting to provide clinical, administrative, and teaching services.
- Group is also a founding partner of theCreighton University Arizona Health Education Alliancewhich aims to increase the number of physicians and other health professionals in Arizona by improving and expanding current health education programs.
- The FQHCs qualify for both the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Programs and have a system score of 21. As a not-for-profit organization, employees also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF).
- Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree,

- Board-certified or Board eligible.
